- The Hotel extends the following special run of the house rates for the Group (the “Group Rate”).
- The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable city, county or federal taxes, currently 12.5 percent (12.5 %), and any applicable resort service fee.
A resort fee of 7.5% is included in the confirmed rate.

prevailing per diem rates in effect at the time of the meeting would apply.
